You are not alone - healing begins here
Healing is the first step, and choosing it is a sign of strength. You don’t have to walk this road alone—there’s a place for you here, just as you are.
This moment can mark the start of real change.
Welcome to the Brethren. Open to all. Founded in Christ
Time to heal.
-
On average about 135 people die from suicide everyday
-
In 2023, there were over 49,000 suicide deaths in the US — about 1 every 11 minutes
-
Around 33 percent of adults in America report feeling lonely, and about 1 in 4 say they lack social or emotional support
-
About 8 to 17 percent of adults report having no close friends, and over 60 percent say they don’t have enough meaningful connections
-
Only about 50 percent of adults struggling with mental health actually receive treatment

Failure is an event not your identity.

At The Brethren, we're not here to fix people- we're here to walk with them.

We know what it feels like to carry things in silence. That's why we built this space- for men who are tired of pretending, who need somewhere safe to talk, feel and be real.

Our support isn't only about therapy. It's about brotherhood. Its about being seen, being heard, and finally having space to unpack what you've been holding.

Through 1 on 1 therapy sessions, community, and faith, we help men step into true healing & growth one honest moment at a time.
Join the brotherhood.

24/7 Brotherhood chatroom

Travel Therapy

A nonstop space on Discord where you can drop the mask and be real—day or night. Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens when you’re surrounded by brothers who are breaking chains right beside you.
-
FamilyReunions (grouptherapy)
This is where the walls start to fall. Real faces. Real stories. Real freedom. We show up together every Monday night (virtually) to talk God, pain, purpose, and process—because healing starts with honesty, and breakthrough starts with brotherhood.
-
Duos (Accountability Partners)

Every week, you get paired with a new brother—someone fresh to talk to, grow with, and sharpen each other. You’re never stuck, and you’re never alone. These weekly duos help you build real bonds, break isolation, and remind you that healing happens in connection—not silence.

One-on-One Life Coaching
Every rider gets access to real, personal life coaching built to bring clarity, direction, and breakthrough. Together, we map out where you are, where you want to go, and create a plan to get there—step by step. It’s about unlocking your potential, breaking old cycles, and building the life you know you’re meant to live—with someone walking with you every step of the way.
Let’s be honest—if we’re gonna be sad, might as well be sad in Tokyo instead of stuck in traffic in Connecticut, right? But for real, life is too beautiful to stay boxed into one place, one mindset, or one routine. That’s why we travel—overseas, across cultures, into nature, and into joy. These trips aren’t just vacations; they’re soul resets. Together, we step away from the noise, soak in new beauty, and experience life beyond survival mode. Sometimes, you don’t need a therapist’s office—you just need a passport, fresh air, and a brotherhood that reminds you you’re still alive.

OUR WHY
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me… He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted…”
— Luke 4:18
The Brethren was born out of raw pain, deep healing, and real-life transformation.
Founded by Amaru Wper-Grams, a 21-year-old psych pre-med student and survivor of abuse, abandonment, and mental illness, this platform is more than therapy—it’s a brotherhood.
Amaru’s life was marked by trauma early on. From being molested around the age of 5, to battling schizophrenia, suicidal thoughts, foster care, and homelessness—his story isn’t polished. But it’s proof.
Proof that healing is possible. That God is still in the business of restoration. And that no man should have to suffer in silence.
